Feliz dia de los muertos!

Happy Halloween, Blessed Samhain, Happy All Saints Day, and Feliz dia de los Muertos!

May those who have gone before us watch over us, guide and protect us, lending us their wisdom and their blessings for the new year.  May those who are yet to come leave the world a better place than it was when they entered into it, be blessed, and protected always.

We handed out over 1,000 pieces of candy to at least 600 tricksters last night and spend yesterday afternoon building our family dia de los muertos altar.  Today the altar has candles lit and later on we will break bread--the traditional pan de muerto--with our ancestors and descendants to come.  May you all have a blessed season!
